Set on ancient riverbed and swampy land, conventional foundations weren’t an option. Instead, we used screw piles driven 9.5m deep to anchor the structure securely. The composite timber deck was raised 400mm off the natural ground, allowing rainwater runoff while enhancing breathtaking views of the National Park beyond.
